- We are self-confessed beef perfectionists and only select the best blood lines for our Wagyu cattle breeding program. All Jack’s Creek Wagyu cattle come from Tajima bloodlines and are descendents of the famous Wagyu bulls from the Hyogo prefecture of Japan, continuing the centuries’ old tradition.
